Thanks to an expansive 38” frameless screen, ultra-wide 21:9 aspect ratio, and integrated speakers, this monitor is ideal for video editing, content development, and other color-critical applications. Featuring an incredible 60Hz refresh rate and AMD FreeSync™ technology, this monitor delivers smooth, tear-free playback ideal for video editors and game developers. With a sleek and modern design, the VP3881a features a future-proof USB-C port as well as DisplayPort technology, and HDMI. What’s more, HDCP 2.2 content protection is standard across all ports to provide secure 4K content playback, streaming, and gaming. An integrated color uniformity function ensures consistent chromaticity across the screen, while a 14-bit 3D look-up table generates a stunningly smooth palette of 4.39 trillion colors. Hardware calibration is also available with the optional ViewSonic Colorbration Kit, which allows you to quickly and easily calibrate the monitor for photography, graphic design, and other professional applications.

In addition, with advanced connectivity options including RJ45 and USB-C, this all-in-one display expands your laptop functionality and plugs all your devices directly into your docking monitor – VP3881a. Get a charge (that transmits 90W of power), and transfer data, video, and audio with a single cable connected to the USB-C port. The built-in Ethernet port provides an extra fast and stable network option.

Note: The USB-C port supports video, data transfer, and up to 65W power delivery; actual functionality depends on your device’s USB-C specifications. For proper operation, please ensure your device supports DisplayPort Alt Mode and USB Power Delivery (PD), and avoid using USB-C charging and DC power on the laptop at the same time.

VP3881a features MultiPicture support for multi-tasking and simultaneous viewing of up to 4 sources. Picture-in-Picture (PIP) and Picture-by-Picture (PBP) functionality is also available for increased productivity. PBP in combination with a dual color engine offers a more productive approach to digital design. The VP3881a’s PBP functionality allows photographers and designers to simultaneously view and edit images while using separate color settings, virtually combining the work of two monitors into one.
