OVERVIEW

ViewBoard® Cast enables you to cast your mobile phone , laptop, or tablet onto a ViewBoard® display over wireless networks. Simultaneously annotate documents, multimedia, and other files in real-time with multiple users as you cast. Present conveniently with the remote control and save presentation time without going back and forth on stage. From the conference room to the classroom, the ViewBoard® Cast makes big picture collaboration and creation easier than ever. In addition, ViewBoard® Cast allows you to work effectively using split-screen with up to four devices (or unlimited with the Pro version) like comparing notes with attendees in one view during a brainstorming meeting. Casting applicable for iOS devices and Chrome browser via AirPlay and Chromecast on ViewBoard.

Two-Way Casting

Two-way casting makes presenting more flexible in any meeting space. With just one click, presenters can cast directly from the ViewBoard to any devices in the room, and attendees can transmit content back to ViewBoard , all without monotonous setup and cable connection issues. Broadcast to ViewSonic Displays in group

When it comes to boardroom meetings, the presenters can group multiple ViewBoard or Presentation displays together. Up to four to six screens can be linked to each other. This helps audiences to concentrate on the presenters and look only at the nearest and most conveniently placed for their display.

Multi-Device Screen Sharing

Cast up to four devices (or unlimited with the Pro version) simultaneously onto a ViewBoard display using the ViewBoard® Cast solution. From side-by-side to multiple screens,* it allows presenters to hold a brainstorming meeting and compare notes with attendees in one view. Groups can edit and annotate files directly from their devices for efficient, real-time collaboration. ​

Moderator Mode for Previewing and Managing Group Presentations

Group presentation helps attendees take an active part in discussions, especially in a brainstorming session. The Moderator mode allows groups of 30 – 50+ laptop participants to be connected simultaneously*. Hosts can preview, turn off, switch, and annotate on any screen connected to ViewBoard. On top of that, the mirrored screen on ViewBoard can be broadcasted to all attendees at any time. Afterward, the meeting notes can be saved as an image file by ViewBoard’s embedded software in an instant.
